# Non-liquid Nitrogen Cell Cryopreservation using Bambanker

We are running a long-term cryopreservation study using [**Bambanker**](https://www.nippongenetics.eu/en/products/cell-biology/freezing-media/for-all-cell-lines/bambanker/)and a standard -80°C freezer. We are analyzing the survival rate of adherent as well as in suspension cells and we can conclude that even **after 5 years** the surviva of all cell lines is very high: Besides OKT4 with 86 % cell survival, all cells show a survival rate of >95%.
