Compared to the competitors, the excellent sensitivity of the FastGene® Western ECL kit enables the detection of very low protein concentrations.
(A) 1000-10 ng BSA separated using antibody 1:5000 alpha-BSA, 10 seconds exposure time
(B) IL-6 fusion protein detected using a primary antibody against IL-6 from mouse and a secondary anti-mouse peroxide (POD) antibody, 2 seconds exposure time
